reiki is an ancient, Japanese energy healing method. using the universal life force all around us, a reiki practitioner will work as a channel for you to receive this healing energy to help restore balance in the body, relieve blocked energy, and create harmony between the mind, body and spirit.

this can be an excellent tool in labor and birth prep & is why it’s offered as an option in your doula package.
